Refund policy

Every piece from The Dog Mom Society is made to order, printed just for you when you place your order. That means we don't hold stock - and it also means we ask you to choose your size carefully before checkout.

 

If something is wrong on our side

 

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll reprint it or refund you in full - no return shipping needed, and no hassle.

 

Size and change-of-mind

 

Because each item is produced individually, we can't accept returns for change of mind or for the wrong size being ordered. Please check the sizing guidance on the product page before you buy. If you're between sizes, size up for a relaxed fit.

 

Wrong or undeliverable address

 

If an order is returned to us because the address was entered incorrectly, we can reship it once you cover the reshipping cost. Please double-check your address at checkout.

 

Lost or delayed parcels

 

If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 10 business days, get in touch and we'll investigate with the carrier and make it right.
