How long does shipping take?

Every item is printed just for you in the USA in 1-3 business days, then shipped. US orders typically arrive 2-5 business days after that. You get tracking the moment it ships.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes - free US shipping on orders over $50. Pro tip: a tee plus a mug usually gets you there, and your dog thinks you deserve both.

Where do you ship?

Currently the United States and United Arab Emirates, with more countries coming soon.

Product & Sizing

How do the tees fit?

Our tees are soft unisex cotton and true to size. If you like an oversized look, size up one. Crewnecks and hoodies run relaxed - order your usual size for a cozy fit, size up to live in it.

How do I care for my shirt?

Machine wash cold, inside out, tumble dry low. The print is part of the fabric - no cracking or peeling with proper care.

Returns & Support

What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?

Email hello@shopdogmomsociety.com with a photo within 30 days and we'll replace it free - no returns needed, no drama.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Because every item is made to order, we handle sizing issues case by case - email us and we'll sort you out. Check the size chart on each product page before ordering to be safe.
